Hello my name is Kathleen Ferguson; I am a mum of 2 children. I work as a registered nurse. I have a busy life as a mother and working rotating shifts.
TA busy life leading to a slow decline in my health and a gradual increase in my waist line, doing the best I could to meet the needs of other people and myself to the best of my knowledge but even with all of my medical training I realized I knew very little about good nutrition. I reach a point just after we sold a very demanding and time consuming business when I realized I was overweight and unhealthy.
I was working 24 hours on call 4 days per week in a retirement village. I just knew I had to do something. I tried 6 small meals a day eating plan and using a treadmill for exercise yet it still didn’t make much difference overtime.
I came across the program via an advertisement through the internet while looking for another business. I got started on the Advanced Program in 3 days I lost 4 kgs and had a huge energy shift in the 1st week. 3 weeks later I reduced my weight by 6 kgs.
I never knew the results I could achieve just by putting the correct form of nutrition in my body on a daily bases that it could make such a difference.
I went on to loose 14 kgs in 11weeks went down 4 dress size Size 16 down to a size 10 loosing 35cm of body fat. The program is simple to organize around a busy life and it saves time with minimal preparation.
Premenstrual sluggishness increased after having children and with age today this has reduced. I have no pain during my cycle so it doesn’t interrupt my busy schedule.
I added protein powder to my program to further reshaped my body and it is in proportion. Today, the products have helped me to maintain lean muscle mass which helps me maintain my health and weight at optimum levels, I feel fantastic!!!.

Lost 9 kilos, overcame Hyperthyroidism
After having my second child in June 2010 I was first diagnosed with Graves Disease (Hyperthyroidism) but was then reduced to Post-Partum Hyperthyroidism and put on medication! I was bedridden, unable to eat and would lose weight and put back on daily like a yo-yo! My hair fell out, I was dizzy and had heart palputations! All whilst trying to breastfeed my son and continue to care for my 3 year old daughter.
